Meet Justin Murcia
Construction and Construction Management With a Hands-On Perspective
I own Murcia Group, Inc., a Los Angeles–based construction project management business specializing in multifamily construction projects. I manage projects through every phase, combining practical field experience with organized project controls.
My approach is grounded in more than two decades of experience in construction management, building maintenance, and property inspection. I have managed schedules and budgets, coordinated procurement, supported quality assurance and quality control, and overseen project scope, communication, and change management.
With more than 3,000 completed home inspections, I bring a detailed understanding of building systems, construction quality, and the challenges that can affect residential and multifamily properties.

Professional Background
Since I started working in the construction industry in 2003, I have built my career through hands-on construction work, progressing into leadership roles and gaining experience in construction and project management.
Previously, I owned and operated Inspect A Home, conducting inspections of condos, townhomes, and single-family and multifamily residences.
Earlier in my career, I worked as a foreman and construction manager on residential and commercial projects, including ground-up construction, additions, and remodels. I also managed building maintenance and preventive operations at a commercial sports and fitness club.
